WALKS & DROP-INS

  • 24+ hours notice: No charge

  • Within 24 hours: 50% of visit fee charged

  • Same-day & no-shows: Full visit fee charged

DAYCARE

  • 24+ hours notice: No charge

  • Within 24 hours: 50% of daycare fee charged

  • No-shows: Full daycare fee charged

OVERNIGHT BOARDING

  • 72+ hours notice: No charge

  • 24 to 72 hours notice: 50% of total stay charged

  • Within 24 hours & no-shows: Full stay charged

    Holiday stays require 7 days notice or are charged in full

    Early pickups do not receive a refund for unused days

PRIVATE TRAINING

  • 48+ hours notice: No charge

  • Within 48 hours: Session forfeited from package

  • No-shows: Session forfeited. No makeup offered.

BOARD & TRAIN

  • 7+ days notice: No charge

  • 24 hours to 7 days: 50% of program fee charged

  • Within 24 hours & no-shows: Full program fee charged

    Holiday stays require 7 days notice or are charged in full

    Early pickups do not receive a refund for unused days

For Package Holders
Canceling your package: If you need to cancel your entire package before all sessions are used, the remaining balance is forfeited. No refunds are issued.

Individual sessions within a package: The cancellation policy for your service type applies to each session. For example, if you have a training package and cancel a session within 48 hours, that session is forfeited per our training cancellation terms.

Package expiration: Packages do not expire, but unused sessions cannot be refunded or transferred.
