This Agreement (“Agreement”) becomes effective upon the signature of “Client” between Paws and Play Training LLC, represented by Bethanie Loffredo or any designated representative or team member (hereinafter referred to as “Trainer”), and the signee, “Client,” collectively referred to as “Parties.” This Agreement shall remain in effect indefinitely unless terminated in writing by either Party and shall apply to any and all future training sessions provided by Paws and Play Training LLC or any representative or team member of Paws and Play Training LLC.
The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Dog may be housed and cared for by any trained and approved Paws and Play team member during the board and train program, and that all terms of this Agreement remain in full effect regardless of which team member is responsible for the Dog during the training period.
SERVICES PROVIDED: The Trainer, representing Paws and Play Training LLC, agrees to provide dog training services to the Owner’s dog (the “Dog”). The boarding and training period will be honored according to the specific dates and times chosen by the client during scheduling. The Owner agrees to pay the total amount at drop-off via cash, check, or card.

If multiple dogs from the same household are undergoing training at the same time, a 10% discount will be applied to the second dog.
INSURANCE AND LIABILITY: Paws and Play Training LLC maintains insurance coverage for the training period.
HEALTH DISCLAIMER: While reasonable efforts are made to ensure the Dog’s well-being, Paws and Play Training LLC and its representatives are not responsible for any illness, injury, or condition that arises during or after the Dog’s stay, including those caused by pre-existing health issues, age, or stress-related conditions.
LIABILITY FOR INJURY OR DAMAGE: The Owner is responsible for any injury caused by the Dog to the Trainer, Paws and Play staff, or third parties. The Owner is also liable for any property damage caused by the Dog during training or boarding, including but not limited to crates, leashes, furniture, or vehicles.
OWNER CONTACT: The Trainer agrees to contact the Owner immediately using the provided contact information in the event of any issues or emergencies regarding the Dog’s health or well-being. If the Owner cannot be reached promptly, the Trainer is authorized to act in the best interest of the Dog.
EMERGENCY VETERINARY CARE: In the event of a medical emergency or sudden illness, the Trainer or any authorized team member has the Owner’s permission to transport the Dog to a licensed veterinarian or emergency veterinary clinic. TRANSPORTATION: The Trainer is authorized to transport the Dog to nearby parks or stores for training sessions during the board and train program.
TERMINATION OF SERVICES: The Trainer reserves the right to terminate the training at their sole discretion.
If the dog is boarded for more than 30 consecutive days, the owner acknowledges and agrees to forfeit all rights to the dog. The party responsible for boarding the dog shall have complete discretion to rehome or transfer ownership of the dog as they see fit, without further obligation to the owner. This clause shall be effective as of the first day of the boarding period and shall remain in force thereafter.
GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of New Jersey, and the Parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
